Update (January 24, 2016): On my last trip to Paris, a friend and I stopped by Verjus in the hopes of having dinner. Reservations in the restaurant upstairs are required and the wine bar downstairs, while they do have small plates, is very, very small. The wine bar did not entice us that evening, however, I recently contacted the restaurant regarding our dietary restrictions. They serve a daily prix fixe menu, which is often difficult for those with any type of dietary restriction. The response was quick and gracious and they are happy to accommodate our preferences with notice. Reservations are taken up to three months in advance – my husband and I plan to dine here for our 15th wedding anniversary this October!

A restaurant and wine bar near the Louvre. Stop by the wine bar for a quick snack and a glass of wine, or make a reservation at the restaurant upstairs for tasting menu with plenty of options for pescatarians. The wine bar also offers many vegetarian options. And did I mention that the wine list looks incredible!
